The role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruiting activities in the US. Being a key member of the high impact global Talent Acquisition team, you will partner with the hiring manager and own the full recruiting cycle to fill the US based vacancies.

Ideal candidates will be skilled, driven, and creative with high enthusiasm for identifying and closing talent. You are business savvy, autonomous and understand that the quality of the talent you identify contributes to the long-term success of Genioo’s exciting hyper growth journey. 

The role can be based in New York or Boston. 

What your tasks are 

  • Build a winning talent acquisition strategy and proactively search for a diverse pool of talent to stay ahead of company’s hiring needs
  • Create and implement various talent sourcing methods for each opening (online job ad campaigns, direct sourcing, internal referrals, social media etc.)
  • Qualify candidates by conducting phone, video conference, and in-person interviews
  • Build relationships with candidates and provide them with a high-quality support throughout the interview process
  • Own the recruiting process, plan and organize the interview rounds including interview briefs and debriefs with interviewers
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices, provide training and advice to hiring managers and interviewers
  • Collaborate with peers, business leaders, and HR to ensure a consistent and excellent candidate experience
  • Support recruiting related continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work on cross-functional projects broadly across the company where you have the opportunity to exercise your entrepreneurial spirit by supporting the development of a fast growing organization, unique culture, and scaling of internal functions.

What we look for

  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting in an in-house role and/or with staffing agency 
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Experience in recruiting of management consultant profiles and a solid understanding of consulting industry are preferred
  • Experience in managing the full recruiting cycle, including identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates at all levels
  • Familiarity with US candidate sourcing platforms and professional recruiting networks
  • General knowledge of US employment law
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Excellent organizational, stakeholder and time management skills
  • Self-starter and strong ability to prioritize, drive initiatives, and quickly learn new procedures and processes
  • Proficient in recruiting tools and systems; solid skill in Microsoft Office  
  • Outstanding drive, energy, and commitment to working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
