We are assembling a highly motivated and entrepreneurial team to build out our US office in New York City. As part of this team, you will be responsible for the recruiting process and HR operations. Your responsibilities

  • Support COMATCH’s growth in the US by acting as a partner to management for developing and executing strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market
  • Develop coherent and effective recruiting strategy
  • Create meaningful and exciting job propositions and develop an effective channel strategy, combining job posting with active approaches such as internet sourcing, referrals or events
  • Guide candidates and hiring managers through the recruiting process, including pre-qualifying & interviewing candidates, as well as driving the offer & negotiation process
  • Ensure an impressive candidate experience through comprehensive communication & timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview formats
  • Manage the HR administration process in alignment with the Berlin headquarter and the local management


  • 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on recruiting
  • Proven success delivering results in a fast-paced, demanding, high-growth environment
  • Open and fun personality that enables fast relationship building with people
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong service attitude and hands-on mentality
  • Working permit required, absolutely no visa sponsorship available
  • Located in New York; exceptions for exceptional candidates in other locations
