The role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager Client Services to join our fast growing and dynamic team. As a Senior Project Manager based in the US, you will have a unique opportunity to be working with clients on a daily basis, gaining trust and building lasting relationships early on in your career. What you should enjoy doing:

• Lead and contribute to project teams that include consultants (Genioo and independent professionals) and client team members over extended time periods with involvement across all phases of the project.
• Provide comprehensive solutions to business challenges for our clients, particularly related to productivity, cost reduction, operational excellence, transformation, and change management.
• Deliver projects on time and on budget, ensuring that all work performed during the project aligns with / exceeds client’s expectations and reflects the Genioo standards.
• Proactively identifying and cultivating business opportunities, writing proposals, responding to customer requirements and helping craft insightful, high-quality solutions to solve complex business challenges
• Help to develop and continuously expand Genioo’s service offerings and methodologies.
• Contribute to the development of a fast-growing organization and scaling of internal functions.

What we look for:

• A minimum of 7 years in a leading management consultancy and solid Life Science industry know-how.
• Experience in the delivery of successful projects in one or more of these topics: productivity, operational excellence, supply chain, procurement, BD&L, transformation, ideally in the life sciences industry.
• A bias for execution and a "hands-on" approach to get things done and make a demonstrable impact on projects.
• Talent for synthesizing complex topics and explaining them in easily-understood terms to a variety of stakeholders.
• An excellent networker with a proven track record in winning new clients and keeping your relationships with them alive.
• Someone with a healthy competitive nature who jumps at the chance to pursue new business opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial enthusiasm to help build a cutting-edge business and change the way companies do project work.
