The role
As part of the Talent Team, you will have a unique opportunity to join a high performing team of experienced talent professionals, manage key talent processes related to on-boarding and off-boarding of independent professionals, support the Global Talent team with analytics and database management, and contribute to shaping the direction of the Genioo Talent Function. In doing so, you will develop a strong background in talent management through your varied progressive responsibilities and ongoing, hands-on coaching, and development from the senior talent team.
What you should enjoy doing
- You enjoy working with people and have a high level of service orientation in getting them successfully onboarded and offboarded when joining a Genioo project. You are good at following up with stakeholders cross-functionally to ensure these processes run smoothly.
- You have a keen eye for detail and high-quality standards allowing you to effectively support the creation of contracts for both independent professionals and Genioo clients.
- You enjoy being part of the full employee lifecycle and contributing to the experience of independent professionals in our Genioo network by supporting them from the moment of the first contact, through the qualification process and maintaining ongoing close relationships with them.
- You have an affinity for working with systems allowing you track and update necessary changes to professionals’ profiles and records.
- You have the drive and motivation to continuously improve existing processes and to participate in internal projects looking at process improvements and new innovative tools.
- You enjoy writing compelling and polished pieces of communication such as short profiles to introduce our freelance talent to clients for upcoming project opportunities.
- In addition, with the requisite training, you will effectively support the Talent team by contacting independent professionals yourself and bringing them into our Talent pool when required.
What we look for
- You have around 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Staffing, HR or Operations, if within the management consulting industry or with an innovative professional services provider it is an extra plus.
- You are a self-starter with a strong ability to prioritize, drive initiatives, and quickly learn new procedures and processes.
- You have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as the ability to deliver high-quality outputs under deadline pressure.
- You have proven time management and organizational skills.
- You have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion at all times.
- You are a resourceful and enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- You have excellent communication skills in English.
- You are a proficient user of Microsoft business tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite; comfortable with numbers, analyses, and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR) or a related field preferred.
