Vantage Leadership Consulting adds Susan Ko as partner

Vantage Leadership Consulting has hired Susan Ko, PhD, as a partner based in Los Angeles.

Ko has more than two decades of experience as a licensed psychologist and executive coach, with expertise in assessment, multi-project management, talent recruitment, and leadership development.

In her new role at Vantage, Ko will focus on client service, business development, and thought leadership.

She has run her clinical practice since 2001, where she provides clinical psychotherapy services to children, teens, adults, and couples.

Ko was previously a managing consultant in the private equity practice of YSC Consulting and a manager in the search assessment services practice of Korn Ferry. She was also previously an adjunct clinical faculty member at Columbia University Medical Center.

Vantage earlier this year promoted Eileen Linnabery to partner in Chicago and hired Bonnie Tyler, EdD, as a consultant in Atlanta.

Founded in and based in Chicago, Vantage provides advisory services in selection and development assessments, executive coaching, leadership competency models, succession planning, high-performance teams, and culture audits, among other areas. The firm has 37 employees, according to its website.
