Vantage Leadership Consulting adds Susan Ko as partner

Vantage Leadership Consulting has hired Susan Ko, PhD, as a partner based in Los Angeles.

Ko has more than two decades of experience as a licensed psychologist and executive coach, with expertise in assessment, multi-project management, talent recruitment, and leadership development.

In her new role at Vantage, Ko will focus on client service, business development, and thought leadership.

She has run her clinical practice since 2001, where she provides clinical psychotherapy services to children, teens, adults, and couples.

Ko was previously a managing consultant in the private equity practice of YSC Consulting and a manager in the search assessment services practice of Korn Ferry. She was also previously an adjunct clinical faculty member at Columbia University Medical Center.

Ko has a PhD and master’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of Massachusetts Boston and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brown University.“Susan’s experience as both a sole practitioner and executive with some of the most well-respected firms in our industry brings an added dimension of excellence to our company,” said Keith Goudy, PhD, managing partner at Vantage Leadership Consulting. “Her combined skillset with her high level of compassion allows us to provide an even deeper service to our clients.”

Vantage earlier this year promoted Eileen Linnabery to partner in Chicago and hired Bonnie Tyler, EdD, as a consultant in Atlanta.
