Raju Rampa joins Innover as chief growth officer

Raju Rampa has joined Innover, an Atlanta-headquartered digital transformation consultancy, as chief growth officer. He is based in Richmond, VA.

In his new role, Rampa will lead the sales and partnership teams for Innover globally, driving revenue growth, expansion of market share, and customer-centricity.

He brings more than 30 years of experience in professional services, with deep expertise in developing go-to-market strategy, implementing digital initiatives at scale, developing product roadmaps and customer-first solutions, and building high-performance teams.

Before that, he spent nine years at Infosys, where he was head of consulting for the automotive and aerospace sectors.

Earlier in his career, Rampa was a principal at PwC and a senior associate at KPMG.

He has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communication engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
