Heider has worked on IP disputes in US district courts and the US International Trade Commission. Her engagements have spanned a variety of industries, including financial services, pharmaceuticals, and electronics.

“We are thrilled to welcome Robin to HKA as we continue to expand our intellectual property team,” said Doug Ellis, partner at HKA. “I’ve worked with Robin for some time. She is thoughtful and thorough in her approach to damages, with a gift for identifying key issues and creative solutions.”

In her new role, Heider will analyze data, develop financial models, perform damages assessments, and determine royalties, among other tasks.
