Robert Courtney joins Factum Global as associate consultant
Robert Courtney, an experienced business executive and lawyer, has joined Factum Global, a boutique consultancy focusing on international expansion advisory, as an associate consultant.
Courtney brings 30 years of cross-border executive and transactional experience in healthcare, real estate, retail, franchising, and agtech. He has extensive geopolitical risk oversight and senior leadership experience in Europe, Asia, Eurasia, and the Americas.
Courtney has deep expertise in driving organic growth in new international markets, adapting to shifting regulatory environments, and leading multi-cultural teams.
He is currently CEO and general counsel of Retail Impulse Group, a provider of ancillary leasing and property management services. Courtney was previously CEO and general counsel of US Dental Care Group, where he helped establish clinic networks across Eurasia and Central Europe.
He was also previously managing partner at Newbridge Group, where he provided transaction advisory, partner search, and market entry consulting services to brands such as KFC, Century 21, and Le Pain Quotidien.
Courtney began his career as an attorney at Carlton Fields, a national law firm.
He has an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, a JD from Stetson University College of Law, and a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from Vanderbilt University, and is a member of the Florida and California Bar Associations.
