Bostrom Consulting, a Chicago-headquartered association management and consulting company, has launched a new business coaching service offering.

“Bostrom delivers organizational assessments, growth strategies, strategic plans, and business model regeneration to associations that want to adapt to industry or profession disruption,” said Dede Gish-Panjada, chief consultant at Bostrom. “It’s a big undertaking for an association to go through an overhaul of its organizational structure, operations, or strategy.

“We see a lot of frustration when it comes to the implementation stage. Now association CEOs and Executive Directors can get the support they need to set priorities, allocate resources, and get the most value they can from the insights provided by consultants.”

Consultants will deliver support and tools to take action on recommendations in change management, tech transformation, culture road mapping, agile marketing, communications, operational excellence, education, and certification reengineering.
