Bostrom Consulting, a Chicago-headquartered association management and consulting company, has launched a new business coaching service offering.

“Bostrom delivers organizational assessments, growth strategies, strategic plans, and business model regeneration to associations that want to adapt to industry or profession disruption,” said Dede Gish-Panjada, chief consultant at Bostrom. “It’s a big undertaking for an association to go through an overhaul of its organizational structure, operations, or strategy.

“We see a lot of frustration when it comes to the implementation stage. Now association CEOs and Executive Directors can get the support they need to set priorities, allocate resources, and get the most value they can from the insights provided by consultants.”

The new offering will provide association CEOs and executive directors with one-on-one coaching from Bostrom’s consulting bench, which comprises a team of approximately 10 senior association executives and management professionals. Consultants will deliver support and tools to take action on recommendations in change management, tech transformation, culture road mapping, agile marketing, communications, operational excellence, education, and certification reengineering.

Bostrom provides consulting and outsourced services to associations across the country. The firm’s consulting practice has offerings in business model analysis and planning, membership model analysis, education and certification program analysis, revenue diversification, and customer journey mapping and value proposition development. Bostrom’s outsourcing practice has offerings in human resources, IT, financial management, marketing, education and certification, membership services, and meetings.

The firm has over 90 employees, according to LinkedIn.

Bostrom last year added Susan Robertson to its consulting practice.
