KPMG, Groundswell, Ignyte, and Perficient win global Appian awards
KPMG, Groundswell, Ignyte, and Perficient were winners at the 2024 Partner Awards of Appian, a platform for low-code enterprise software development.

KPMG won the “Transformation Award” for strategic business outcomes. The Big Four firm completed various large-scale transformations for companies in government, financial services, and life sciences. These included developing and implementing an Appian solution within seven weeks, leading an enterprise-wide transformation of an outdated legacy system, and automating business processes across several functions.
Groundswell (part of GyanSys), a Vancouver-based IT consultancy, won the “Growth Award” for its Appian practice. The firm saw significant growth in certified practitioners – with a 137% increase in practice headcount. Groundswell’s focus on training and flexible hiring yielded a 30% increase in total certifications and an 88% proportion of new hires being hybrid or fully remote.
Ignyte, a Washington, DC-based IT consultancy, won the “Innovation Award” for an impactful solution. Leveraging the pre-built features and customizability of Appian’s platform, the firm built a grants solution to help federal and state agencies modernize their spending. The solution is recommended by the General Service Administration’s quality management organization.
Perficient, a St. Louis-based IT consultancy, won the “Delivery Award” for speed and project excellence. The firm boasts high rates of repeat business and high satisfaction scores. Perficient’s global delivery model uses a team across the Americas, Europe, and India to provide cost-effective delivery that can scale to meet changing demands.
