Santander Pharma Consulting launches in Durham

Santander Pharma Consulting, a Durham, NC-based provider of commercial strategy services for the pharmaceutical sector, on April 23 announced its official launch.

The boutique firm will focus on providing small and emerging enterprises in pharma, medical devices, and life sciences with expert guidance in all stages of commercial development – from inception to product launch.

Santander’s offerings span commercial strategy development, team building and management, revenue generation expertise, business planning and development, hands-on support and guidelines, and finance expertise and management.

The firm’s team of professionals, led by co-founders Robert Yanez and Michelle Yanez, bring extensive experience across all facets of the pharmaceutical sector.

Robert has over 25 years of commercial expertise spanning the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical devices sectors. He most recently served as chief commercial officer at Bryn Pharma, and before that held leadership roles at GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson & Johnson, and Merz Pharmaceuticals.

Michelle has over 25 years of experience in public and privately held biotech, pharmaceutical, and life science companies. She currently serves as CFO of MIRA Pharmaceuticals and as president and CFO of Telomir International. Michelle previously held various leadership positions at BioDelivery Sciences International.
