PA Consulting hires Carlos Ozores as US aviation sector lead
PA Consulting, an innovation and transformation consultancy, has hired Carlos Ozores as a partner and leader of its US aviation sector.
Based in Los Angeles, Ozores brings more than 20 years of aviation industry experience, primarily on the consulting side. An economist by training, Ozores focuses on strategic planning and implementation for airports and airlines.
He joins PA from consulting firm ICF, where he spent nearly 20 years and latterly served as managing director and head of the aviation practice’s growth function. Before that, Ozores was a senior pricing analyst at Air France and a revenue management analyst at American Airlines.
He has an executive MBA from IE Business School in Spain and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Northwestern University.

PA’s aviation practice helps airlines, airports, investors, and the wider aviation supply chain develop strategies in operational excellence, digitization, and sustainability. The practice's recent engagements include delivering a sustainability strategy for a major UK airport and identifying $200 million in savings for a global airline through the optimization of aircraft engine maintenance
