GEP acquires procurement software firm OpusCapita

GEP, a Clark, NJ-headquartered supply chain software and consulting firm, has acquired OpusCapita, a Helsinki-based provider of e-invoicing and accounts payable automation software.

Founded in 1985, OpusCapita delivers leading solutions for e-invoicing, accounts payable automation, and supply chain document management to 600 clients globally. The Finnish company has 220 employees based in offices in Europe and Pittsburgh.

PSG Equity will exit its majority stake in OpusCapita, which it acquired in 2019.

Through the acquisition, for which financial terms were not disclosed, GEP will expand its presence in the Nordics as well as its software suite. OpusCapita will operate as a standalone subsidiary.
