Management Solutions adds Robyn Bryant as director of business development

Management Solutions, a Knoxville, TN-based provider of performance management and consulting services, has hired Robyn Bryant as director of business development.

Based in Knoxville, Bryant brings nearly two decades of experience in business development and proposal management to Management Solutions, where she will identify growth opportunities, build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, and oversee major capture efforts.

Bryant has led successful capture efforts for environmental and engineering proposals across various federal agencies, including the US Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration, and National Laboratories.

Bryant most recently spent a year at government contractor Sigma Science, where she was director of business development. Before that, she spent three years as a proposal manager at government contractor Amentum and nearly two years with Aecom in the same role.

Earlier in her career, Bryant spent 11 years at CSA Ocean Sciences, where she was a marketing and proposal manager.

Bryant has a master’s degree from Northern Illinois University and a bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead.

Founded in 2002, Management Solutions is a women-owned consultancy focusing on program support for clean energy project strategy and implementation, environmental remediation, training and assessment, and facilities management. The firm works with federal clients such as the Department of Energy, NASA, and US Army Corps of Engineers, as well as with Fortune 500 companies.
