SRM acquires Kenneth J. Sole & Associates
SRM (Strategic Resource Management), a Memphis, TN-based financial services consultancy, has acquired Kenneth J. Sole & Associates, a Holbrook, NY-based banking IT consulting firm.
Founded in 1988, Kenneth J. Sole & Associates specializes in core processing platform conversion, migration support, and outsourced leadership for banks and credit unions. The firm also provides services in project management, core optimization, staff augmentation, data rationalization, and M&A tech stack selection.
Kenneth J. Sole & Associates has 26 employees, according to its website.
SRM’s acquisition of Kenneth J. Sole & Associates will expand its service suite to include core systems optimization and conversion support.
The team will be fully integrated in SRM, with founder and president Kenneth J. Sole leading the implementation services business and delivery model architecture.

Founded in 1992, SRM has helped more than 1,000 financial institutions negotiate terms across their card network, payments, core technology, and operational contracts. The firm also provides services in strategy, payments consulting, and technology guidance and implementation to large, regional, and community banks and credit unions.
SRM has over 130 employees, according to LinkedIn, and has teams in the US and UK.
