Connect33 launches marketplace for LatAm software development companies
Connect33, an Austin-based consultancy focusing on Latin American expansion and IT outsourcing services, has launched LatAm Partners, a marketplace for matching businesses with Latin American software development companies.
To create its LatAm Partners platform, Connect33 researched over 400 firms in Latin America for the ideal mix of leadership, tech stack, scale, and US client experience. The marketplace initially has 15 companies based in Mexico, Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, and Colombia with ample US experience across a range of industries.
“We aim to help companies save valuable recruiting time by connecting them with high-quality, ready-to-start teams that check all the boxes on industry and technical expertise, time-zone alignment, and US client experience," said Juan Pablo Chapa, founder of LatAm Partners.
LatAm Partners' marketplace and matchmaking aims to deliver buyers a self-navigated, digital purchasing experience with vetted partners as well as support software partners by connecting them with future clients.
The firm is currently working on onboarding further partner companies.
Connect33 was founded in 2021 by Chapa, who previously worked at Terminal, a global talent platform for hiring developers. He led the firm’s expansion into Latin America and built its partnership network across Mexico, Uruguay, Colombia, Peru, and Argentina.
Connect33 has three employees, according to its website, and has worked with clients such as Bain & Company and AtriumAI.
