Three Link Solutions hires Bryan Bacon as VP of activation
Three Link Solutions, a Dallas-based consulting and staffing firm specializing in Workday software, has hired Bryan Bacon as vice president of activation.
Based in Salt Lake City, Bacon brings 20 years of experience in human capital management (HCM) software and services. In his new role at Three Link, he will lead Three Link’s strategy initiatives with small- and medium-size enterprises, expand its offerings, and innovate new avenues for service improvement.
Bacon joins Three Link from Workday, a market-leading provider of software for HCM, financial management, and student information systems. He spent 11 years at the firm, serving as director of strategy and enablement and director of consulting services.
Before that, Bacon spent eight years at ADP, where he was manager for client services and a service delivery manager.
He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Phoenix.
“As we continue to rapidly scale Three Link, we look for talented leaders who understand our customers, the market and how to address the opportunities ahead of us. Bryan’s track record of innovation, commitment to quality, and focus on the customer make him the perfect candidate to help drive the next phase of our business,” said Greg Knowlton, founding partner of Three Link.
Founded in 2017, Three Link is a certified Workday Application Management Services (AMS) Partner, Staffing Partner, and Advisory Partner. The firm provides Workday-related staff augmentation, project management, payroll services, and advisory services.
Three Link’s advisory services include strategic planning, RFI and RFP process execution, system integrator selection, and change management.
The firm has over 20 employees, according to LinkedIn.
“I’ve known the team at Three Link for many years and have been consistently impressed with their ability to provide highly professional, vetted consultants that align to the customer’s need and help them fully realize the power of Workday,” said Bacon. “At Workday, I saw firsthand the positive impact Three Link has on customers and the partner ecosystem as we worked together to accelerate innovation and deploy new capabilities. I’m thrilled to be a part of this company.”
