John Gulnac has joined SolomonEdwards, a Philadelphia-based professional services firm, as chief executive officer and board director.

Based in Austin, Gulnac brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in recruiting and financial services.

He joins SolomonEdwards as the firm embarks on its next phase of growth as a professional services platform under the ownership of Renovus Capital. The private equity firm acquired SolomonEdwards in April 2022.

Baumstein will continue to serve as chairman of the board.
