PwC appoints Jennifer Mantini as Philadelphia office leader
PwC US has appointed Jennifer Mantini as leader of its Philadelphia office, effective July 1, 2024.
Mantini is the first consulting partner to serve as head of the Philadelphia market, with all prior leaders having been drawn from the assurance business.
She succeeds Deanna Byrne, who has led the office since 2017 and is moving on to serve as US assurance leader.
“I’m coming into my 36th year at PwC and over the past seven years I’ve had the privilege and pleasure of being able to serve our clients, staff, partners, and our incredible community as our PwC Philadelphia Managing Partner. While I’ll still be around the Philadelphia office, I know that our office is in good hands moving forward,” Byrne said in a post on LinkedIn. “I am so excited to announce Jennifer Mantini as my successor effective July 1, 2024. I can’t think of anyone better suited to lead our Philadelphia practice into its next chapter, support our people as they embrace the dynamic and exciting future of our field, and continue our legacy of service to this special community.”
Mantini has been at PwC since 1998, joining the firm after she completed a bachelor’s degree in accounting at King’s College. During her career at PwC, Mantini has focused on deals consulting, primarily working with private equity clients on investments in consumer, industrial products, and technology.
She most recently led PwC’s financial due diligence practice in the US and Mexico.
“This is an incredibly exciting time for PwC and Philadelphia, and I cannot wait to embrace and support our firm and our community to build trust and solve important problems,” Mantini said in a post on LinkedIn. “A huge Thank You to Deanna Byrne for your leadership, friendship and support. Your contributions and unwavering dedication to our office and community have built an incredible team I’m so proud to now lead.”
PwC is the second-largest accounting and consulting firm in the United States, with $23.54 billion in annual revenue.
