SEI hires Kelly O’Rourke as Dallas market leader
SEI (Systems Evolution Inc.), a Cincinnati-based management consulting firm, has hired Kelly O’Rourke as managing director of its Dallas office.
O’Rourke brings more than two decades of consulting experience, with a focus on business growth, program leadership, and global team development. He has been based in Texas for the bulk of his career and will assist SEI in expanding its presence in the state.

O’Rourke joins SEI from consulting firm Point B, where he spent the last nine years and was an EVP in the manufacturing, transportation, and ESG practices. Before that, he spent at decade at National Instruments (now Emerson), where he was director of global business analysis and solutions.
He began his career at Accenture, where he spent a decade and was a senior manager in the financial services practice.
O’Rourke has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
