Vaco Holdings, a Nashville-headquartered provider of talent solutions, consulting, and managed services, has rebranded as Highspring.

The move will unify Vaco’s various subsidiaries under the Highspring brand, including MorganFranklin Consulting (management consulting); Pivot Point Consulting (healthcare IT consulting); Focus Search Partners (retained executive search); and Built (digital consulting).

Vaco in 2019 acquired MorganFranklin Consulting, a DC area-based provider of strategy and technology consulting services. Vaco is a portfolio company of Olympus Partners, which acquired it in 2017.

The Highspring brand will offer the integrated service offerings of talent solutions, consulting, and managed services.

The Vaco brand will continue as the talent solutions platform under the name of “Vaco by Highspring.” The other brands will be subsumed fully as “Highspring.”

“Highspring represents more than a name change—it's a commitment to helping businesses achieve real outcomes through an agile, integrated approach," said Brian Waller, co-founder and CEO of Highspring. "Companies no longer need to choose between strategy and execution. We deliver both seamlessly, so our clients can navigate change, drive growth, and scale with confidence."

Highspring says its integrated model will help clients break down silos and traditional delivery models, navigating change with agility, and deliver end-to-end value.

"Companies focused on the future need more than just a playbook—they need a strategic partner who can help them navigate unexpected challenges from start to finish," said Steve Kass, COO of Highspring. "With businesses increasingly turning to external partners for expertise, Highspring provides the scale and flexibility our clients need to adapt and grow.”

Highspring has more than 10,000 employees across 45+ offices globally, including seven delivery centers across India, Trinidad, Puerto Rico, Colombia, the Philippines, and the UK.
