AcumenX adds Brian Keane and Lucia Wind as senior advisors

AcumenX, a boutique, Washington, DC-based management consulting firm, has welcomed Brian Keane and Lucia Wind as senior advisors.

Keane and Wind, both of whom are based in Washington, DC, will affiliate with AcumenX and continue in their current roles.

Keane is founder of Seabrook Partners, a boutique investment bank he has led since 2011. At Seabrook, Keane has executed over 150 transactions worth more than $20 billion.

He has over 35 years of investment banking experience, advising on M&A, capital raises, and strategic transactions.

Before founding Seabrook, he was a managing director at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Citi, and Claris Capital.

Keane has an MBA from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and history from Cornell University.

Wind is CEO and board chair of The Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO). She has 25+ years of audit experience, with deep expertise in risk management, corporate governance, and fraud prevention.

Wind was previously chief audit executive at Unisys, Ellucian, and AOL. Earlier in her career, she was a senior accountant at PwC.

Wind has a bachelor’s degree in finance from UMass Amherst and is a certified fraud examiner.
