MTX Group acquires public sector IT consultancy Stralto

MTX Group, a Frisco, TX-based IT consulting firm, has acquired Stralto, a New York-based IT consulting firm focusing on public sector clients.

Stralto was founded in 2018 and has 19 employees listed on LinkedIn. The firm is a Microsoft Gold partner that has worked with state and local agencies including the New York Housing Authority, Houston Police Department, and the City and County of Honolulu.

Stralto offers Microsoft Power Platform and Azure-based solutions in grant management, citizen assistance, and AI-driven document automation.

MTX’s acquisition of Stralto will expand its presence in the GovTech space, which combines cloud platforms, AI innovation, and purpose-drive service delivery.

The firm has over 1,200 people across North America and Asia-Pacific.
