Bain partners with Palantir on AI engagements

Bain & Company has entered a global partnership with big data analytics software firm Palantir.

Under the collaboration, the two firms will work with clients to adopt artificial intelligence technologies more quickly. The partnership combines Bain’s industry and business transformation expertise with Palantir’s leading-edge AI operating systems.

Palantir was founded in 2003 by former Paypal founder and CEO Peter Thiel. The company’s platforms include Palantir Foundry, a central operating system that collects large amounts of data from financial, operational, and technical systems and then provides end-user interfaces that optimize enterprise decision-making.

Foundry has solutions across AI and machine learning, Edge AI, supply chain, anti-money laundering, healthcare R&D, energy, and retail.

Palantir is a member of the S&P 100, reporting $2.87 billion in revenue in 2024. The Denver-based firm has approximately 4,000 employees.
