Treliant hires Bobbie Paul as managing director in financial crimes practice

Treliant, a Washington, DC-based financial services consulting firm, has hired Bobbie Paul as a managing director in its financial crimes and fraud solutions practice.

Based in Kingsport, TN, Paul brings more than two decades of experience designing and leading risk and compliance programs across financial services, fintech, and digital payments. She has deep expertise in integrating fraud and identity strategies with broader regulatory, technological, and operational requirements.

Paul most recently spent four years at MVB, a banking-as-a-services (BaaS) financial institution, where she led enterprise-wide fraud programs. Before that, she built and led the fraud and identity advisory services practice at Experian, a data broker and consumer credit reporting company.

Earlier in her career, Paul was a senior audit consultant in the risk management practice of Dell Financial Services and a VP in the private label fraud and risk operations division of Citi.

Paul is a certified BSA/AML professional, certified fraud specialist, and certified risk specialist.
