Bluewave acquires TruPoint Technology Solutions

Bluewave, a San Clemente, CA-based technology advisory and sourcing firm, has acquired TruPoint Technology Solutions, an Orlando, FL-based IT consulting firm.

Founded in 2009, TruPoint focuses on Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions and managed services. The firm works with clients across healthcare, financial services, legal, and real estate.

TruPoint has 16 employees listed on LinkedIn.

Bluewave will add TruPoint’s in-house project management and delivery teams to its unified communications and contact center practice. John Berardi, owner and president of TruPoint, will join Bluewave as a managing partner.
