EisnerAmper launches talent solutions offering

EisnerAmper, a New York-based accounting and consulting firm, has launched its EA Talent Solutions offering.

EA Talent Solutions will focus on delivering qualified candidates for C-suite, finance, HR, technology, and other roles.

The advisory offering will be led by president Brian Lucas, an experienced search professional. He joins from accountancy CBIZ, which acquired his prior firm Marcum Search in November 2024. Lucas spent 17 years at Marcum, serving as CEO for six years and COO for 11 years.

Lucas will lead a team that helps clients optimize talent acquisition and management, whether the organization is scaling operations, restructuring teams, or seeking specialized experience.

EA Talent’s suite of services includes contingency-based searches, retained searches, project-based augmentations, and organizational behavior analysis.
