Baringa acquires Altruas team
Baringa, a London-headquartered management consulting firm, has acquired all staff of Altruas, a Dallas-based technology consulting firm.
Founded in 2002, Altruas has 19 employees listed on LinkedIn. The firm focuses on ERP and CRM consulting for popular platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Sage Intacct.
Altruas works with clients in energy, manufacturing, financial services, media, and nonprofit.
Baringa will integrate the Altruas team into its US digital and technology practice.
“Companies are rethinking how core business models, enabled by digital tools and data, can unlock new sources of revenue and competitive advantage,” said Mansi Patel, Baringa’s global head of capabilities. “Baringa is a leader in helping clients navigate these shifts, and now with Altruas, we are adding a high-performing team with a proven track record and deep client trust.
“Integrating this expertise into our team will supercharge Baringa’s already strong growth in the digital and technology space in the US with faster execution and scalable delivery models.”
Baringa was founded in 2000 and has more than 2,000 employees, according to LinkedIn. The firm has offices in Europe, APAC, and North America, with US offices in New York, Charlotte, Chicago, and Houston.
Baringa has practices in strategy, finance, operations, supply chain, technology, and cybersecurity, among other areas, and works with clients in retail and consumer, energy and resources, financial services, life sciences, public sector, and technology, media, and telecom.
