Bounteous hires Kelly Jessop as chief solutions officer

Bounteous, a Chicago-headquartered digital consulting firm, has hired Kelly Jessop as chief solutions officer.

Based in New York, Jessop will report to CEO Sudarshan Mandayam and will help strengthen the consultancy’s innovation and client delivery engine.

In her new role, Jessop will lead Bounteous’ core practices: experience innovation, digital experience platforms, cloud, and data and AI.

She brings over 25 years of experience in consulting and enterprise technology, with deep expertise in delivering technology solutions in financial services, consumer goods, logistics, and hospitality.

Jessop joins Bounteous from IBM, where she spent the last 12 years and most recently served as Americas head of the IBM technology expert lab. In the role, she supported organizations with the adoption of AI, automation, and hybrid cloud solutions. 

Before that, Jessop was an executive director in the global technology infrastructure services division of UBS and a senior manager at Deloitte Consulting.

She has an MBA, a master of regional planning (MRP), and a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.

"She will play a critical role in scaling capabilities across practices to help clients solve their most pressing challenges and deliver transformative business outcomes."

Bounteous was founded in 2003 and was acquired by private equity firm New Mountain Capital in 2021. It was merged with digital consultancy Accolite in 2024.

Bounteous today has 4,000+ professionals across offices in North America, Europe, India, and Singapore.
