Jarrard promotes Letitia Fecher to partner, hires six new team members
Jarrard, a Nashville-headquartered healthcare communications consultancy, has promoted Letitia Fecher to partner and hired six new team members.
Fecher is based in Nashville and has more than 20 years of experience in strategic communications and marketing. She has extensive expertise advising health systems on high-stakes change – including M&A, physician and employee initiatives, and public perception campaigns.
Fecher joined Jarrard in 2014 as a senior advisor and most recently was a senior vice president. She will continue to oversee the public and community health systems practice, which she has led since 2023.
Fecher was previously senior manager of marketing and communications at United Allergy Services, director of marketing at South Fulton Medical Center (part of Tenet Health), and manager for marketing and customer relationship management at Mercy Health Partners.
She has an MBA from the University of Tennessee and a bachelor’s degree in communications from Michigan State University.
Jarrard also announced six new hires:
Damareus Barbour, senior managing advisor
Cade Klimek, advisor
Caitlyn Romanski, advisor
Catlin Clemmons, advisor
Zander Bush, associate advisor
Kareena Patel, associate advisor
Jarrard is part of healthcare advisory firm Chartis, which acquired it in 2020. Chartis has over 1,000 employees across offices in Chicago, Boston, New York, Nashville, and San Francisco providing services in strategy and M&A, care delivery transformation, financing transformation, communications, and clinical quality solutions.
Jarrard earlier this year hired Jed Lam as SVP for market research and insights.
