Accenture to acquire NeuraFlash
Accenture has agreed to acquire NeuraFlash, a Burlington, MA-headquartered Salesforce consulting firm.
Founded in 2016, NeuraFlash specializes in AI agentic solutions for sales, service, and field service operations. The firm has deep Salesforce Agentforce implementation experience as well as substantial AWS capabilities in the GenAI-powered contact center space.
NeuraFlash has completed 1,000+ implementations for 400+ customers globally, focusing on deployment of GenAI solutions for digital and voice channels, service and sales transformation, and field service.
The consultancy has 510 professionals across North America, Colombia, and India.
Accenture’s acquisition of NeuraFlash will strengthen its Salesforce business group with additional resources in GenAI and managed services.
“This acquisition will significantly enhance our agentic AI capabilities and allow us to better serve the mid-market, in direct alignment with Salesforce’s strategic direction,” said Stephanie Sadowski, senior managing director and Salesforce business group global lead for Accenture.
Brett Chisholm, CEO and co-founder of NeuraFlash, added, “Joining forces with Accenture will help us continue to scale, amplify our impact globally, and expand our gen AI capabilities to create new, exciting avenues for innovation with our customers and our incredible people.”
Accenture in July agreed to acquire Maryville Consulting Group, a St. Louis-based technology strategy consulting firm with approximately 100 professionals.
The Dublin-headquartered management and technology consulting firm has 791,000 people globally.
