Nathalie Gaveau named chief client officer of Publicis Sapient US

Nathalie Gaveau has been appointed as chief client officer of digital consulting firm Public Sapient US, as well as EVP at parent company Publicis Groupe.

Gaveau is relocating from London to New York to take on the newly created role, where she will be tasked with leveraging Publicis Sapient’s AI products, capabilities, and talent to accelerate AI transformation for clients.

Gaveau will report to Arthur Sadoun, CEO of Publicis, and Nigel Vaz, CEO of Publicis Sapient.

Publicis Sapient’s transformation capabilities and AI platforms are crucial to this process,” Sadoun said. “Nathalie’s extensive experience as a tech entrepreneur and her skills in strategy, product development, digital marketing, and organizational scale make her an invaluable partner for our clients aiming to transform how they create value in an AI-enabled world."

Gaveau began her career as a financial analyst in the M&A practice of Lazard. In 2000, she co-founded and served as managing director of PriceMinister, a French e-commerce site that was sold to Rakuten in 2010 for $250 million. In 2010, Gaveau founded Shopcade, a social marketplace that was sold to Lagardere in 2017.

She served as a senior advisor at BCG Digital Ventures since 2019 and led her independent consultancy HWX Partners since 2021.

Gaveau has a master’s degree in business and entrepreneurship from HEC Paris.

Public Sapient is the digital consulting arm of ad agency network Publicis. The firm has 20,000 people across 72 global offices providing services in strategy, product, experience, engineering, and data and AI.

Publicis Sapient earlier this year welcomed Mahin Samadani as SVP for experience AI growth.
