Jack Azagury named chair of BRG

Jack Azagury, a former Accenture executive, has been appointed chair of the board at Berkeley Research Group (BRG), an Emeryville, CA-headquartered management consulting firm.

Based in New York, Azagury will also serve as a senior advisor to TowerBrook Capital Partners, which acquired a majority of BRG in February. He will advise the private equity firm’s portfolio companies in the business services sector as well as support the sector investment team with opportunity evaluation.

Azagury previously spent 29 years with Accenture, most recently serving as group chief executive for consulting. Before that, he was US Northeast market leader and North America resources sector leader.

Azagury has extensive strategy, technology, and operational consulting experience in the energy industry.

Prior to joining Accenture in 1996, he was a product manager at software firm CA Technologies (now Broadcom).

BRG was founded in 2010 and has 1,600+ employees across 40+ global offices. The firm provides expert and consulting services in disputes and investigations, corporate finance, and performance improvement.
