ZS acquires Salesforce specialist Torrent Consulting

ZS, a Chicago-headquartered management and technology consulting firm, has acquired Torrent Consulting, a Charlotte, NC-based Salesforce consulting firm focusing on the healthcare and life sciences sector.

Founded in 2013, Torrent is a Salesforce partner that provides planning, implementation, and ongoing management services for Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, and Agentforce solutions.

Torrent has a team of 130 people across four US offices and one office in Guatemala.

“Torrent Consulting strengthens our Salesforce and Agentforce bench, bringing the tools and experience clients need to confidently deploy AI in commercial field, medical, service and contact center workflows,” said Mahmood Majeed, ZS managing principal and global head of digital and technology.

ZS has delivered more than 250 customer relationship management (CRM) and customer engagement transformation projects to clients in healthcare and life sciences. The consultancy says its pre-built Salesforce accelerators help industry clients boost adoption, increase efficiency, and drive personalization at scale.

ZS in 2024 acquired Digital Additive, an Atlanta-based Salesforce digital marketing agency.

Founded in 1983, ZS has more than 13,000 employees across 35+ offices in the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. The firm primarily works with clients in healthcare and life sciences, providing services and solutions in strategy, operations, sales and marketing, technology, and analytics.

ZS also supports clients in retail and consumer goods, industrials, TMT, financial services, travel and hospitality, and private equity.
