Ankura acquires data consultancy Omniscient Platforms
Ankura, a New York-headquartered advisory and forensic accounting firm, has acquired Omniscient Platforms, a Dallas-headquartered provider of data and digital consulting services and solutions.
Omniscient was founded in 2024 and has six employees listed on LinkedIn. The firm has offices in Dallas and Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Omniscient works with clients across industries, with a focus on healthcare clients. The firm has practices in business intelligence, data management and governance, AI and machine learning, process automation, software selection, economic studies, team augmentation, and managed services.
The firm’s proprietary solutions span FP&A automation, forecasting, pricing analytics, profitability models, spend cubes, and customer analytics.
“The addition of Omniscient’s innovative platforms, experienced leadership, and team of talented professionals strengthens our digital transformation capabilities – particularly in data and AI advisory – and enables us to create even more impactful outcomes for organizations navigating today’s rapidly evolving landscape,” said Kevin Lavin, CEO at Ankura.
The deal builds on Ankura’s 2025 multidisciplinary acquisitions, including Sachs Policy Group, a New York-based healthcare sector advisory firm, and Red Flag Global, a Dublin, Ireland-based strategic communications and public affairs agency.
“We are thrilled to join Ankura and bring our digital platforms and Latin American footprint to a Firm that shares our vision for innovation and excellence,” said Meade Monger, who co-founded Omniscient with Thijn van der Heijden and Nicolas Banchero. “Together, we will offer clients broader expertise and greater reach, helping them accelerate transformation and growth.”
