Ankura adds healthcare consultant Charles Baker as senior managing director
Ankura, a New York-based advisory and forensic accounting firm, has hired Charles Baker as a senior managing director and head of the payer government programs compliance and operations practice.
Based in New York, Baker brings 15+ years of consulting and industry experience in healthcare. He has extensive expertise leading compliance assessments and program implementation for regional and national health plans. He has also developed business requirements for major regulatory changes, created integrated operating models, and implemented performance measurement frameworks.
Baker joins Ankura from ATTAC Consulting Group, where he spent two years as VP of compliance solutions. Before that, he was Medicare compliance officer at Priority Health, practice leader at Mercy Health, East region manager at Allina Health, and mental health services operations manager at Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota.
Baker has a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree in social work from Eastern Michigan University.
