Arthur D. Little launches joint venture with Vega IT
Arthur D. Little (ADL), a Brussels-headquartered management consulting firm, has formed Axceler8 Solutions, a 50/50 joint venture with Vega IT, a Serbia-based software development firm.
The joint venture will focus on designing, developing, and operating a portfolio of digital and AI solutions that improve enterprise efficiency.
Its first product is Aceler8 Rx, a cloud application that helps pharmaceutical firms accelerate clinical trial design, optimize site selection, and simulate patient enrolment. The solution combines ADL’s clinical trial IP and expertise with Vega IT’s software engineering capabilities in the healthcare sector.
“Axceler8 Solutions represents the next step in our partnership with Vega IT, one that turns powerful ideas into high-performance platforms,” said Ignacio Garcia Alves, chairman and CEO at Arthur D. Little. “Together, we are bringing speed, scale, and intelligence to sectors that need it most, starting with life sciences.”
Vega IT has development centers in Serbia and Montenegro and client offices in New York, London, and Riyadh. The firm’s 900+ professionals have completed 2,000+ projects in digital product development and system integration.
“Axceler8 Solutions is built for scale, speed, and impact,” said Sasa Popovic, CEO of Vega IT. “Our goal is to turn complexity into clarity for our clients, delivering smart, sector-ready solutions through a flexible, reusable platform.”
