British insurance consultancy Oxbow Partners launches office in New York
Oxbow Partners, a British management consultancy dedicated to the insurance industry, has launched a new office in New York.
Founded ten years ago in London, Oxbow Partners supports senior leaders at insurers and reinsurers, brokers, managing general agents (MGAs) and investors on strategy, operations, technology, and mergers & acquisitions (both pre-deal and post-deal).
The New York office, its second alongside London, will serve clients across North America. “Oxbow Partners is recognized for its deep industry insights and pragmatic execution approach. With our new team in the US, we are launching a distinctive platform that helps clients unlock growth, modernize operating models, and deliver results,” said Chris Sandilands, partner at Oxbow Partners in London.
The US team will be led by Manmeet Singh Bawa, who has joined Oxbow Partners as partner – he brings over a decade of consulting experience advising insurers on growth strategies, business model innovation, transformation, and data-driven performance improvement.

Additionally, Mark Purowitz has joined as Senior Advisor. He has several decades of financial services experience across strategic growth and M&A, among others gained at Deloitte, where he was a senior partner and global co-lead of the Insurance M&A offering.
