Concentric Energy Advisors hires Erica Menard as assistant vice president

Concentric Energy Advisors, an energy and water sector management consultancy, has hired Erica Menard as an assistant vice president.

Based in the firm’s Boston headquarters, Menard brings more than 25 years of experience in the energy industry. She has deep expertise in regulatory strategy, utility finance, and rate case management for electric, gas, and water utilities.

Menard has provided testimony in traditional base distribution rate cases and other regulatory proceedings as well as led cash working capital and lead-lag studies.

She joins Concentric from Liberty Utilities, where she spent nearly four years and was a senior director overseeing regulatory policy and ratemaking for electric, gas, and water operations. Before that, Menard spent 18 years with Eversource Energy, where she was manager of revenue requirements.

She has an MBA from the University of New Hampshire and a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from the University of Maine.
