Red Global expands US presence with acquisition of LRB Group
Red Global, a London-headquartered technology consulting and recruiting firm, has expanded its presence in the United States with the acquisition of LRB Group, a Raleigh, NC-based Workday consulting and recruiting firm.
Founded in 2018 by CEO Luke Vasold, LRB is a Workday partner that provides services in staff augmentation/FTE, implementation, change management, integrations and reporting, and optimization.
The boutique firm has 26 employees listed on its website.
Red Global’s acquisition of LRB will give the firm its second office in the US, joining a location in New Jersey. The UK-based firm has operated in the US since 2011.
The deal will also bolster Red Global’s Workday delivery capabilities.
The LRB transaction is the first acquisition in Red Global’s 25-year history.
“We are incredibly excited to partner with Luke and welcome the LRB team into the RED Global family on their next phase of growth,” said Ross Eades, CEO of Red Global. “The team and business which was built and continues to grow in the Workday community is truly impressive and should be an immediate value-added service for our clients.”
Vasold will continue to lead the LRB brand and team.
“As we considered the next phase of growth for LRB, we wanted a partner with global infrastructure to broaden our reach while at the same time, a shared culture of commitment to client success,” said Vasold. “RED’s reputation and global footprint made this an obvious match – there’s a lot of opportunity across both platforms so we’re excited to take the next step.”
Founded in 2000, Red Global provides talent and project solutions across business applications, cloud & infrastructure, cybersecurity, data & analytics, SAP, and software development. The firm has made over 45,000 placements since its founding.
Red Global has more than 350 employees across offices in Europe, the US, and India.
