Axialent hires Beth Grellner as executive director
Axialent, a Madrid, Spain-based human resources consulting firm, has hired Beth Grellner as executive director of growth and business development.
The St. Louis-based professional will focus on bringing Axialent’s solutions to companies in the United States.
Grellner has more than 25 years of business consulting experience, with deep expertise across strategic initiatives in employee benefits, attraction and retention, and other primary HR functions.
She previously spent 15 years with Willis Towers Watson, where she was a managing director and Missouri market leader. Before that, she spent eight years within CBIZ’s benefits and insurance services practice, where she was a consultant and director of key accounts.
Grellner has a bachelor’s degree in health services management from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
