Attain Partners promotes Alanna Steffens to partner

Attain Partners, a McLean, VA-based management and technology consulting firm, has appointed Alanna Steffens as a partner, effective April 1, 2026.

Steffens will continue to lead the firm’s Salesforce practice, which she has overseen since 2019. The practice helps education, non-profit, and healthcare organizations leverage Salesforce’s CRM solutions to modernize operations, improve stakeholder engagement, and unlock insights.

Steffens joined Attain in 2016 through its acquisition of ACF Solutions and was named a managing director in 2024. She has more than 20 years of IT experience, and was previously an IT systems consultant at Verizon Business and a software engineer at Northrop Grumman.

Steffens has a degree in technology management, information systems and services from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a BSBA in information systems from DeVry University, and several Salesforce certifications.
