Before entering the consulting industry, Makhija was a research analyst with the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis and a consultant with the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
He has master’s degrees in economics from New York University and the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Mumbai.
