Vantage Leadership Consulting promotes Jasmin Martinez to partner

Vantage Leadership Consulting has promoted Jasmin Martinez, PhD, to partner.

Based in the firm’s Chicago headquarters, Martinez joined the firm in 2017 as a research associate. She specializes in helping leaders and teams translate insight into meaningful behavioral change.

Drawing on her academic background in social and industrial-organizational psychology, Martinez has deep expertise in individual assessment, coaching, talent development, and team engagement.

Alongside her promotion to the Vantage’s partnership group, Martinez will also lead the firm’s team effectiveness practice – which helps organizations enhance leadership effectiveness, accelerate team performance, and navigate periods of transition.

She holds a doctorate in industrial-organizational psychology from Northern Illinois University. Before joining Vantage, Martinez was a lecturer and laboratory manager at her alma mater.

“Jasmin has an exceptional ability to help leaders and teams tackle difficult challenges with clarity, honesty, and confidence,” said Jacqueline Ackerman, PhD, managing partner of Vantage Leadership Consulting. “Her impact on our clients, our team, and our firm has been tremendous, and I could not be more excited to welcome her into the partnership group.”

Vantage was founded in 1976 and has 33 employees listed on its website. The firm provides services in selection and development assessments, executive coaching, leadership competency models, succession planning, high-performance teams, and culture audits and stocktaking.

“Over the past several years, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside exceptional colleagues and clients who are deeply committed to leadership growth and organizational impact,” Martinez said. “I’m excited to continue helping leaders and teams navigate complexity, strengthen collaboration, and drive meaningful results.”
