Vanto Group unveils new brand identity

Vanto Group, a San Francisco-based business consulting firm, has launched a new brand identity.

The brand refresh was carried out by Tatil Design, a Brazilian branding agency, and encompasses strategy, positioning, verbal identity, visual identity, and a custom typeface.

Tatil conducted leadership interviews and client consultations to help shape the new brand. The research revealed that Vanto lacked differentiation in a consulting market where most firms look and sound interchangeable.

Tatil developed a positioning built around Vanto’s combination of boutique proximity and focus on measurable, high-performance outcomes. The branding agency also created a new strategic language around “seismic change” – eschewing well-worn standbys such as “transformation” or “breakthrough.”

Vanto’s new visual identity was designed to occupy distinct territory, with a new custom symbol of a fluid “V” with a forward-pointing arrow. Tatil also created a bespoke typeface and modular graphic system. Photography on Vanto’s website and media has opted for natural, geographic references instead of generic stock imagery.

“The brand gives us language to express ourselves in a more precise way,” said Olga Loffredi, CEO of Vanto Group. “Before, reaching a new client was a process of discovery. Now I can look at an issue a client is confronting – say, AI execution – and speak directly to that in language that connects.”

Vanto was founded in 1992 and works with clients such as Nasa, GSK, and Red Bull. The firm has expertise across areas including business performance, strategic planning, M&A, cultural integration, leadership development, and workforce mobilization.

Vanto has more than 60 employees listed on LinkedIn.
