Riveron promotes David Nolletti to co-head of restructuring and turnaround

Riveron, a Dallas-based business advisory firm, has promoted David Nolletti to co-head of its restructuring and turnaround services practice.

Based in New York, Nolletti will work with Steve Wybo and Michael Correra to support the restructuring and turnaround practice’s growth and evolution.

Nolletti has more than 20 years of experience in restructuring, operational improvement, private equity, and executive leadership.

He joined Riveron in 2018 as a director and was named a senior managing director in 2023. Nolletti will continue to lead the firm’s aerospace, defense, aviation, and space (ADAS) sector.

Before joining River, Nolletti spent seven years as president and CEO of Cold Mountain Capital, where he acquired and operated aerospace and defense businesses. Before that, he spent nearly a decade at aircraft parts manufacturer TECT, here he was VP of marketing, strategy, and business development.

Earlier in his career, Nolletti served as a captain in the US Army.

“David’s promotion reflects both the impact he has made for our clients and the leadership he has demonstrated across the firm,” said Sam Shaw, CEO of Riveron. “He brings a unique combination of restructuring and executive operating experience, industry leadership, and investor perspective that aligns with where we are taking our Restructuring & Turnaround Services business.”

Riveron was founded in 2006 and has over 1,200 professionals across 18 offices in the US, Canada, and India. The firm works with CFOs and private equity firms on areas including accounting, ESG, finance, M&A, operations, restructuring & turnaround, strategic communications, tax, and technology.

Riveron is a portfolio company of Kohlberg, which acquired a majority stake in 2023.

“I am excited to partner with Steve, Michael, and our leadership team to continue growing the business, investing in our people, and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients,” Nolletti said.
