Richard Schwartz joins OC&C as partner in Boston

Richard Schwartz has joined strategy firm OC&C Consultants as a partner in its Boston office.

Schwartz brings 15 years of strategy consulting experience to OC&C’s US business services and industrial products team, which works with clients in engineering and infra services, professional services, and testing and inspection, among other areas.

Schwartz previously spent 15 years with strategy firm Treacy & Company, where he was a partner and growth strategy leader. The firm has been a part of CPA firm Cherry Bekaert since late 2022.

Schwartz has provided strategy, diligence, and value creation advisory services to clients across a range of B2B markets, including engineering services, automotive, and consumer durables.

Founded in 1987, OC&C provides strategy, operations, and M&A advisory to retail, consumer goods, TMT, leisure and hospitality, and private equity clients, among others. The London-headquartered firm has over 800 employees across offices in Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific.

OC&C has US offices in Boston and New York.
