Withum acquires Farber Hass Hurley, expands Los Angeles presence

Withum, a Princeton, NJ-headquartered top-20 accounting firm, has acquired Farber Hass Hurley (FHH), a Los Angeles-based accountancy, effective September 1.

Founded in 1990, FHH has three partners and approximately 30 team members. The firm provides assurance, tax, and advisory services to clients in industrial and consumer products, media and entertainment, life sciences, technology, construction, and not-for-profit.

Withum last year acquired Freed Maxick, a Buffalo-based accountancy with approximately 350 people.

Withum is the 20th-largest accounting and consulting firm in the US, according to IPA, with annual revenue of $765 million. The firm has 3,200 professionals across 30 offices.
