Vantage adds Brittnie Green as principal consultant

Vantage Leadership Consulting, a Chicago-headquartered human resources advisory firm, has hired Brittnie Green, PhD, as a principal consultant.

Based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Green brings advisory expertise in assessment, coaching and development, and senior team effectiveness. She has worked on numerous high-profile CEO succession processes across industries.

“Brittnie brings an exceptional combination of scientific rigor, practical experience, and a deep commitment to helping leaders succeed during critical moments,” said Jacqueline Ackerman, managing partner. “Her background in CEO succession, executive transitions, and team effectiveness strengthens our ability to support clients facing complex leadership challenges.”

Green previously spent four years with organizational consultancy The Miles Group, where she was a director. Before that, she spent two years with Russell Reynolds Associates, where she was a senior leadership specialist.

Green has a doctorate in applied psychology from Portland State University.
