RGP announces chief financial officer transition
RGP (Resources Connection Inc.), a Dallas-based management consulting firm, has announced the appointment of Jessica Block as interim chief financial officer (CFO).
Jennifer Ryu, who has served as the consultancy’s CFO since 2020, is resigning on October 2. Block will serve as interim CFO while RGP conducts a search for a successor.
Block joined the firm in March as chief AI officer, bringing 20+ years of experience leading professional services firms through growth, technology-driven change, and operational transformation.
She previously spent nearly four years at Factor, a legal managed services firm, where she served as head of growth and transformation as well as interim CFO. Before that, Block spent over four years at Ankura, where she was global business group leader for data and technology, and 11 years at FTI Consulting, where she was a senior managing director focusing on technology-enabled services for corporate and law firm clients.
Block has an MBA from the University of Virginia and a bachelor’s degree from Yale University.
“[Jessica’s] experience leading and scaling global businesses, combined with her technology expertise, positions her to support RGP through this transition and advance the company’s AI strategy,” the firm said in a press release.
RGP has 2,600+ professionals across 37+ countries. The consulting firm provides staffing, project execution support, and solution delivery in strategy and transformation, finance and accounting, risk and compliance, and technology and digital.
RGP is a public company listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
